We are currently looking for short-term and long-term financial and community support.
​We have several immediate expenses for the limited-equity co-op formation process, such as inspection costs. We also need donations and low-interest community loans to offset the purchase cost of the building.

For example:

A $1000 donation funds a necessary consultation with maintenance and co-op-development experts.
​​

A $2,500 donation can cover the share price for one unit, ensuring that a resident has no upfront costs to remain in and become the owner of their current home.

A $10,000 donation covers most of the cost of the inspection required by HUD
​​

A short-term community loan at <%20 interest helps us finance the cost of the building while we wait for our long-term HUD funding to come through.

A long-term community loan at <6% interest keeps co-op fees more affordable for the next 30+ years.
